Orkney Roofing was engaged by Flip Homes to complete the full roofing package on this architecturally designed residence in Martinborough, designed by First Light Studio. The build called for modern, refined materials with performance to match — and the result delivers on both fronts.

The pitched roof was clad in Colorsteel Maxam Corrugate in FlaxPod. The sharp lines, flush flashings, and consistent detailing deliver a clean architectural aesthetic with long-term protection.

Flat roof areas were treated with Viking Roofspec’s WarmSpan system — a high-performance warm roof build-up incorporating substrate board, insulation, and cover board, finished with Rock Brown Enviroclad TPO membrane. Our team installed the entire system in a single day, delivering both speed and precision.

Despite the dual-system complexity, coordination with Flip Homes and on-site contractors ensured a seamless workflow and delivery to programme.
