What roofing services do you offer?

We specialise in both new roofing and re-roofing for residential and commercial properties. Whether it’s a new build or replacing an old roof, we handle the full process — from removal through to installation of metal or membrane systems like TPO and torch-on.

Are your roofing services compliant with NZ standards?

Yes. All our work is carried out by licensed professionals and meets or exceeds New Zealand Building Code standards. We also follow strict health and safety practices on every job.

How long does a new roof typically last?

It depends on the material and conditions, but most modern roofs especially Colorsteel or membrane systems can last 20 to 40 years or more with proper maintenance.

Do you offer warranties?

Your new roof or re-roof will be 100% watertight. If it leaks due to our workmanship, we’ll fix it immediately — free of charge.

What’s included in your re-roofing service?

We handle everything. Safe removal of the old roof, inspection of underlying structures, supply and installation of new roofing, flashings, and tidy site cleanup.

Can I stay in my home while the re-roofing is done?

In most cases, yes. We’ll work around your schedule and ensure the site is safe and tidy each day. You’ll always be informed of any disruptions well in advance.

How do I know if my roof needs replacing?

Signs include visible rust, leaks, cracked tiles or sheets, sagging, or general wear over 20+ years. If you're unsure, we offer free roof assessments and honest advice.
